Free Windows, Legitimately

Published on

You can get a legitimate Windows licence for free, directly from Microsoft. No BS. Since A2D didn't teach you, I will.

Go to massgrave.dev and follow their simple instructions. It's open-source, you can check the code at GitHub. It's been audited several times, the code is completely safe. I've read it too.

How does it work? Is this legal? Is this piracy?

When Microsoft launched Windows 10, they offered free upgrades for people who had bought older versions like Windows 7. This carried over to Windows 11.

This script makes it seem like you're one of these people, and requests Microsoft for a licence key. Microsoft generates a key for you specifically, adds it to their database, and sends you the key.

Even though this program has been sunset in 2023, Microsoft still happily gives out licences to anyone who asks politely. The script has manners, it will ask with politeness.

Technically, you're not pirating anything here. Microsoft gives you the licence. Note that Microsoft can simply choose to stop to doing this, but they don't.

They might stop one day, but they can't revoke licences they've given out already without causing mayhem. In other words, if it activates, it won't randomly stop working.

A2D claims to be pro-piracy and that he cares for his audience. If he did, why did he sell stolen keys to his audience instead of teaching this? Think about it.

Don't come to his defence saying that he might've not known about this. He did.

Still think what he did wasn't a scam? Read this post: Did A2D scam us?
